North Coast Village condominium complex is located at 999 North Pacific Street, in Oceanside, California. Our beautiful beachfront complex is located next door to Oceanside Harbor, with quaint Cape Cod style shops and a variety of restaurants. There are a number of activities available at the harbor including boat and jet-ski rental, sailing lessons, whale watching tours, deep sea fishing adventures and more.
Oceanside Beach Vacations offers a great selection of vacation rental condominiums. Our vacation rentals are located in a 24-hour secured, exclusive beachfront complex with direct access to wide, white, sandy beaches. North Coast Village is conveniently located between San Diego and Newport Beach and close to Legoland, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park, Sea World, Disneyland, Mexico, Carlsbad Factory Outlet Stores, casinos, wineries and numerous golf courses.
Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV/DVD, Hi-speed internet access, telephone (in most units), linens, towels, beach gear, cozy fireplace and balcony or patio. Other amenities include excellent surfing, putting green, laundry facilities, recreation/party room, library, renovated fitness center, ping-pong, foosball and billiards. Enjoy two swimming pools with outdoor showers, two jacuzzis, a sauna, and community outdoor BBQ grills for cookouts.

Stayed over the Fourth of July holiday and couldn't have been more pleased with our condo and North Coast Village in general. The community and condo have everything you need for a comfortable vacation at the beach, with the added benefits of assigned covered parking, safety & security on the grounds, outdoor showers to wash the sand off, community gas BBQ's, putting green, game room and a huge pool. The private balcony afforded morning views of the ocean and marine layer, daytime views of waves on the beach, and evening sunset views. The unit was very well decorated and appointed with all of the luxuries of home. Easily walk to & from the beach, downtown or to the harbor for food or drinks, or follow the sand to the pier for a milkshake! Aside from a grocery run, and two takeout food runs, we never left.

We had a great stay, our condo was lovely and the grounds, fish, pool everything was very beautiful and perfect for our little family's vacation! Our condo was the perfect middle point for the theme parks, we spent one day at Disneyland and another at Sea World during our trip and it was wonderful to be able to stay in one place for our home base. If you like walking on the beach, this is the place for you. The condo is located between the pier and the harbor, giving many options to walk, eat and enjoy the outdoors. The condo grounds are beautiful, especially at Christmas as there is a fantastic display of lights. Walking around the grounds looking at the lights was magical. It definitely made for a special Christmas for our family!
